The time has finally come. Star Wars: The Clone Wars, an animated series that came to be an important and beloved part of the Star Wars saga, has officially come to an end. After 6 seasons, 121 episodes, a feature film and 2 well deserved Emmy awards, the screen went black one last time for The Clone Wars. Since the unfortunate announcement that the series would be winding down, many fans have been angry about the show ending, understandably. But now is not that time for anger, or bitterness. We now must not only cherish the episodes we have, but recognize all of the talented people that made The Clone Wars possible. That is why those of us at the SWU are launching the "Thank The Clone Wars" initiative! We are encouraging everyone who enjoyed this series over the last 7 years to send in thank you messages, both in audio and text form, so we can share them publicly for all the cast and crew of the show to see! Here's how you can participate:
Guidelines:
- Send text & audio thank you messages to us at: swunderworld@gmail.com.
- Send audio messages to our voicemail line at 410-989-1138.
- Text messages must be within 50 & 150 words and audio messages must be under 3 minutes.
- Only one message per person.
- All messages must be submitted prior to 12:00pm EST on April 23rd.
- Please provide your name in both text and audio messages so we can credit you.
- The Star Wars Underworld reserves right to disqualify any message if they see fit.
